About Charles Firmin-Didot
A graduate of the French engineering school Ecole Polytechnique in Paris and a keen follower of financial markets since 1982, Charles Firmin-Didot spent twelve years with JP Morgan (Flemming) in a variety of positions gaining valuable experience. By the time he left the company to set up his own asset management house, Sophia Asset Management in 2001, he had risen to the level of vice president and portfolio manager. Utilising his array of skills garnered at JP Morgan, Firmin-Didot was now able to pursue his own path and develop his own innovative and entrepreneurial approach to fund management. He created the Talents fund in August 2001 - which he later transferred to Axa on joining the company in 2003. He now manages the RMA Entrepreneurs Fund which was launched in June 2014.
